Leanne Walsh

"My martial art journey began at 14 years of age. I was super shy and very quiet. Along the way I learnt to be tough when I am weak, confident when I am afraid and calm when I am troubled. I learnt to stand up and be heard in a world dominated by strength and ego, something which I had little of"
